To double check if the eSIM is activated correctly on your Android device, please follow the steps below:

- Go to Settings
- Tap Network & Internet or Connections
- Tap SIMs or SIM Manager
- Check if your eSIM is listed and active. It may appear as âeSIMâ, âMobile Planâ, âTravelâ, or with the network name.
- Ensure your eSIM is enabled â toggle the switch to ON if it's off.
- Select the eSIM as the preferred SIM for Mobile Data.
- Go to Mobile Networks > Data Roaming and ensure Roaming is turned ON for the eSIM.
