How to turn off my eSIM?

You may wish to turn your eSIM off when you return home or on a trip. If you have data and the eSIM is still valid, you can switch it back on when needed.

On IOS:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap Mobile data or Cellular.
3. Select the eSIM line and turn off.

On Android:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Network & Internet or Connections.
3. Select SIMs or Mobile Network.
4. Turn off the eSIM.
