My eSIM got stuck activating.

This is normal and usually completes on its own — activation can take up to 10 minutes. Your eSIM is already installed on your device, so nothing is lost while it finishes.

What to do:
• Give it a little time — up to 10 minutes.
• If it's still spinning, restart your phone. The eSIM stays installed, and activation will complete when you arrive at your destination. 

You can double check if your eSIM is installed:

• iPhone: Settings → Mobile Service, look under SIMs (it may show as "Secondary", "Travel", or similar).
• Android: Settings → Network & Internet / Connections → SIMs or SIM Manager.
